For the past three years, residents of Manitoulin Centennial Manor enjoyed the freedom and connection made possible by regular bus outings. From shopping trips and community events to scenic drives around Manitoulin Island, these excursions offered friendship, recreation, independence and a welcome change of scenery.
Unfortunately, our bus could not be re-certified and is no longer in service. We are now raising funds to purchase a new accessible bus so residents can once again take part in the outings and experiences they have come to love.

Manitoulin Centennial Manor has been a pillar of care and community for seniors in Little Current, Ontario, since 1967. As a Municipal Home for the Aged, we are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for our residents.
The committee monitors the use of pain medications and how effective our pain control is for our residents. We also monitor residents with wounds, where they were acquired and how effective our protocols are in dealing with wound care. We provide our Management Company, Extendicare, with our statistics and these are compared to the Provincial Averages.
